Product Description
A2 Gir Cow Cultured Desi Ghee is created from the fresh milk of Gir cows. The process
begins with boiling the milk, then naturally cooling it to room temperature. A natural starter culture is added, and the milk is left overnight to transform into yoghurt. During the early morning hours (4 am- 6 am), the yoghurt is churned using the traditional ‘Bilona’ method, involving slow, clockwise-anticlockwise churning to separate raw white butter. Specific Storage Information for optimal freshness, store away from direct sunlight.

Our ghee contains no additives and is free from artificial preservatives, synthetic fillers, or binders. It is 100% natural, farm-made in daily batches to ensure maximum purity and quality.
